Tractors drive out dealers doors
10 Sep 2004

Drought is an inspiration to farmers to search for better business practices, and in a surprise twist the eastern Australian drought has helped drive a surge in farm machinery sales. Machinery orders increased by 15 per cent in New South Wales over the last year, with sale rises in most categories, in part driven by grain growers spending up on machines that can help squeeze the best possible results from what rain falls on their farms.
