ABB and AusBulk merger endorsed

Shareholders in South Australian grain distributor ABB yesterday approved an $850 million merger scheme with handling and storage group AusBulk. Final approval from the Supreme Court in Adelaide at the end of the week will clear the way for AusBulk and holding company UGH shareholders to swap their holdings for ABB shares.
