Fleurieu farmers seek higher price for milk

Fleurieu Dairy Farmers Collective Bargaining Group met National Foods in Melbourne last week in the first step to gaining a higher price for its milk. The group has 26 farmers, with 74 million litres of milk a year to sell. The group also had spoken to Victorian dairy companies Murray Goulburn and Warrnambool Cheese and Butter as well as National Foods and Dairy Farmers.
