Poultry and bird owners must register flocks
20 Oct 2005

Poultry owners, bird fanciers and owners of birds used for sporting events must register their flocks with the Department of Primary Industries in Queensland. The requirement applies to anyone with more than 100 birds. The requirement relates to the heightened threat of avian influenza reaching Australia.
