Administrator disputes ownership of grain

The administrator of Creasy’s Grain Enterprises in north-western NSW wants to sell grain, in the name of the company, rather than treating the grain as owned by farmers. Farmers want legal protection for warehoused grain. Creasy’s owners appointed administrators two months ago.
