GrainCorp buys into woodchip exporter
21 Dec 2005

GrainCorp joined with privately owned Geelong-based woodchipper Midway to offer about $12 million to take over Queensland Commodity Exports, another woodchipping business part-owned by Patrick Corporation. Queensland Commodity Exports operates from the Port of Brisbane and buys softwood woodchips for the Japanese market.
