Blazes race through WA
11 Jan 2008

Fires racing through the WA wheatbelt since a lightening strike on Tuesday night have burnt through tens of thousands of acres of bushland. Firefighters in the state are being kept very busy with eight blazes in the Fitzgerald River National Park, another in Frank Hann National Park and smaller fires in Lake Magenta Nature Reserve.
