Tandou sells water for profit
25 Mar 2009

Big Darling River irrigator Tandou Limited has posted an $11.5 million profit after selling its'' water rights for $34 million. Tandou has sold much of its vineyards and wineries and scaled back production during the dry years. The company did not reap a cotton crop this year *or* last. Tandou shares were up yesterday by 1 cent to 25 cents.
