Board named for grain merger

The soon-to-be-merged companies ABB Grain Ltd, AusBulk Ltd and United Grower Holdings have announced a board of directors for the new entity. The company will retain the name ABB Grain Ltd, with Ausbulk's Perry Gunner to become chairman. Directors of the new entity from ABB Grain will be Ken Dingwall, Ross Johns, Trevor Day, Max Wilksch and Timothy Ryan.
Directors from Ausbulk will be Perry Gunner, Andrew Inglis, Jeff Clift, Max Venning and Kevin Osborn. From United Growers, Adrian Glover will join the board.
The proposed merger, planned for September this year, is subject to ACCC and shareholder approval.
