Backpacker’s offered extended working visas
15 Apr 2005

The federal government will offer tourists a second working holiday visa as an incentive to spend at least three months in fruit-picking or other agricultural or horticulture work. The government will also increase the skilled migration entry quota by 20,000 a year. But the government ruled out introducing "guest workers".
