Growers allege wholesale harassment
15 Jul 2005

The Horticulture Australia Council said some growers received threats of lower prices, and warnings their produce may be returned unsold if those growers supported the mandatory code of conduct at public meetings. The meetings will be held next month. The association said it appeared some wholesalers were determined to minimise grower support for the code at the public meetings.
