Organic farm profits above average

Organic farmers have stronger farm economies, higher gross returns and net returns, and higher market land values, at least in the United States. A farm conference in South Australia heard that farmers in Australia need to consider the business case for farming using organic principles, and to meet the increasing demand from supermarkets for certified organic produce.
