Backpackers eligible to work for a second season

Backpackers will be able to extend their visas for a second year, provided they worked for at least three months on the seasonal harvest in regional Australia. The National Farmers Federation said the changed conditions for the Working Holiday Maker Visa should boost the number of workers available for seasonal harvest work.
