Berri goes back to National Foods
3 Jan 2006

Philippines-based San Miguel is reuniting Berri, Australia’s largest juice producer, with National Foods which sold Berri in 1999. San Miguel is using its subsidiary National Foods to buy up the remaining 49 per cent of Berri from former Berri chairman Doug Shears. San Miguel bought 51 per cent of the company in 2004. The two companies have already begun to merge operations.
