Riverina citrus cleared for US market
7 Aug 2006

Citrus producers in the Riverina region will be able to resume exports to the United States under conditions that recognise the absence of fruit fly. As a result, treatments for the pest will not be necessary. To be eligible to export to the United States, Riverina growers must have in place quarantine programs for snails and for light brown apple moth.
