Wholesalers want to keep Melbourne Market
14 Sep 2006

Wholesalers at Melbourne Market in Footscray Road say they would not move to Epping, where the state government plans to build a replacement facility. The Strategic Alliance of Market Users said a move to Epping would have an impact on about 2700 small retailers who use the market each day to obtain their produce.
