Fairbairn dam running low
16 Nov 2006

Fairbairn dam in central Queensland is down to 14 per cent of capacity. More than four months into the growing season, cotton, citrus and horticulture farmers still can't use notional water allocations. Water allocations for farmers were reduced by about 80 per cent from the dam last year.
