RACV payouts to car insurance customers
9 Jan 2002

About 15,000 RACV customers with comprehensive car insurance received refunds totalling up to $15 million after an investigation by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

ASIC was concerned that some policyholders were charged for rating protection when they moved from NRMA to a RACV branded car insurance policy.

The Australian, p19, 9/1/02.
