Stanbroke to sell three more stations
5 Jul 2004

Peter Menegazzo is offloading three more stations from the Stanbroke pastoral empire and is aiming to reap more than $100 million. The Tanbar, Lake Nash and Ardmore stations are up for sale, following a recent 14-property disposal program which raised just over $350 million.

Tanbar has an asking price of about $50 million. The 1 million-hectare station is located near Windorah. Lake Nash in the Northern Territory covers 1.19 million hectares and has an asking price of $45 million. Ardmore, located near Mt Isa, is being advertised at $16 million.

Australian Financial Review, 5/7/04.
