Balranald bushland turned over to National Park

The New South Wales government will buy the privately owned red gum forest, Yanga Station, near Balranald for $38 million. The National Party said that 200 local jobs in timber, sheep and cattle industries were at risk of the decision to turn Yanga Station into a National Park.
