Graziers face long wait for EG Green return
26 Sep 2005

The administrator of debt-laden abattoir EG Green, which trades as Harvey Beef, said it may take until late October before it received final bids to take over the business. That means any graziers and other unsecured creditors won’t be paid their debts until late in the year. RSM Bird Cameron, which is managing the sale of the abattoir, said there may be a considerable time lag between selling the company and creditors receiving their entitlements.
