Heritage fund turns cattle station over to conservation

The Australian Bush Heritage Fund paid $3.7 million to buy the Craven’s Park cattle station in western Queensland. The fund will manage the station for at least three years. A charity supported by donations, the fund is also seeking to buy properties in north-western Victoria and in South Australia.
