Live Seep Exporters to be charged with Cruelty
10 Nov 2005

Directors of the export company responsible for the 100,000 sheep aboard the MV Al Kuwait in November 2003 are to be charged with cruelty following the deaths of 1,000 of the animals en route to Kuwait. The police investigation into the incident was launched after an Animal welfare group won a Supreme Court judgement that forced the WA government to investigate its complaints.
