EC drought support extended for Qld Vic and NSW

Exceptional Circumstances Drought relief funding has now been extended until well into 2006 for many beef and dairy producers in northern Victoria, many areas in western NSW and all farmers in South Western Queensland. The extensions come despite recent rains and include interest rate subsidies and income support from Centrelink.
