Harvey creditors look to sell to new owners
19 Dec 2005

London investment fund Stark Investments and Harmony Capital Partners have bid for the Harvey Meatworks from creditors of EG Green and Company and revealed plans to restructure and grow the business. The deal has to be approved at a meeting on the 31 December. Creditors could choose to accept the Green family’s rival deed of company arrangement.
