More Cattle on feed for Japan

The value of beef exports to Japan was up five per cent or $111 million dollars in 2005 to over $2.3 billion, nearly three times the value of beef exports to Japan in 1990. Grainfed beef sales to Japan increased by 12 per cent to 192,774 tonnes since Australian producers put more cattle on feed in 2004.
