Pregnant ewes ship to Mexico
20 Feb 2006

Twenty thousand pregnant ewes will be live exported to Mexico to reignite the trade and boost Mexican sheep stocks. The ewes will come mostly from Western Australia. Mexico, also a significant market for cheaper cut Austalian sheep meat exports, took $85 million in live exports to Australia prior to 2002.
