Dog owners must be prosecuted
25 Jul 2006

Eighty per cent of dog attacks occur on family properties or on the properties of friends or neighbours who own the dogs – said the national president of the RSPCA. Owners of hunting and pig dogs that attacked humans must be prosecuted said the RSPCA in response to the attack at Warren that killed 4 year old Tyra Kuehne. The RSPCA wants to educate owners about proper management of dogs, but is not calling for more breeds to be banned.
