Another Stanbroke remnant hits the cattle market
7 Sep 2004

Davenport, a 1.5 million hectare property, north west of Windorah is up for sale. The station, which adjoins the Diamantina national park, is being sold with up to 30,000 cattle and is expected to achieve a price between $50 million and $60 million. It is the 20th station from the original 27 properties in the Stanbroke's portfolio put up for sale by Peter Menegazzo this year. Many of the sales set new price benchmarks.
