AACo chases more cattle stations
11 Mar 2005

Beef producer Australian Agricultural Company said it would raise $67 million in new shares, but did not state the reason. However, the company has also said that it would pay $6.5 million for 22,000 hectare property Violet Vale, which adjoins the company's Kalmeta Station in Queensland's Gulf region. AACo may be planning more property purchases, even though property prices and cattle prices are high.
