Plantation forest sets WA farm record

Tree plantation company Integrated Tree Cropping has paid a record $30 million for Linkletter's Place, an 8800 hectare property near Condingup, in the biggest single farm transaction in WA’s history. The average price of broadacre commercial farms in WA doubled in four years to $1.2 million in 2004-05.
