Hobby farms displace dairy in Gippsland

Dairy country in South Gippsland may be carved up for hobby farms and rural lifestyle blocks. A Department of Sustainability and Environment map, prepared as part of its Coastal Spaces Report, shows subdivision activity in virtually all parts of the shire.
