Farmers reap property rewards 7 Aug 2007
Boutique farms may be the next property boom as more people look to escape the cities. The average age of traditional farmers is now over 60 and many of their children did not want to stay on the land so some properties are now coming up for sale for the first time in generations. Top dollar is being paid for lifestyle properties that are aesthetically pleasing with features such as cleared parkland with creeks or waterways.
