Telstra ratings improve in the bush

Telstra customers in the bush appear to be pretty happy with the quality of services. A Newspoll survey found 79 per cent of people outside capital cities were satisfied, an improvement over the last three years. However, in the cities customer satisfaction with Telstra declined.
