GM wheat trialled in Victoria
21 Dec 2006

Victoria’s government will support trial crops of genetically modified wheat. The trial will be of a strain of GM wheat that is drought tolerant. The trial is planned to run from March to May 2008. Up to 30 lines would be grown in a maximum area of 0.225 hectares.
