Coonan reconsiders funding
25 May 2007

Communications Minister Helen Coonan has been forced to acknowledge that factors such as rural funding had to be considered in a submission from Telstra over a $4.1 billion fibre network. Funding is a crucial issue as otherwise the network would only cover five capital cities.
