Chefs say no to GM
30 May 2008

Prominent local chefs are urging the Victorian and NSW state governments to reverse their decisions to allow the production of GM canola. A group of 50 chefs, including Kylie Kwong and Neil Perry have signed a GM Free Chef's Charter protesting against the use of GM crops in Australia. The petition also calls for any food products that contain GM crops to be labelled.
