Wool growers forced to fund pension deficit

Wool Growers may have to tip more money into Australian Wool Services, with the federal government likely to reject a plea by AWS for help to meet a $27 million debt owed to the UK pension fund of its predecessor companies. AWS is the parent of The Woolmark Company, which is struggling financially.
