US wool promotion gets go-ahead
12 Oct 2005

A multi-million dollar promotion of Australian wool in the United States will go ahead after Woolmark Company and Australian Wool Innovation signed off on the plan. It will be the industry's first grower-funded marketing effort in five years. AWI and the International Wool Textile Organisation will pay for the US$6.8 million campaign.
