Short-lived recovery in wool prices
6 Oct 2006

Woolmark said prices should recover by between five to 10 per cent in the next three months. Woolmark said fine and superfine prices were likely to fall again in 2007. They also said production of fine and superfine wools had fallen by six per cent to 158 million kilos from the record level the previous year, though prices had failed to lift much.
